Comparing the display, the Mi Max features the largest display with 6.44-inch while the Mi5 & Mi4S sports a 5.15-inch and 5-inch respectively. All these device have a similar Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) screen resolution and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
Considering the CPU, the Mi Max is powered with Hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650/652 CPU, the Mi5 with Snapdragon 820 dual-core CPU and the Mi4S has a Snapdragon 808 Hexa-Core processor.
Camera and Storage:
The Mi Max has 16MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, 3GB/4GB RAM, 4850mAh battery and 64GB/128GB internal storage with an option to expand via microSD card. The Xiaomi Mi5 features 16MP rear camera, 4MP selfie camera, 3GB/4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB/128GB internal storage and 3000mAh battery.
