Download Android 7.0 Nougat Theme
As already said, you need to have CM13 ROM or any other ROM which supports CM13 theme engine in order to install the theme on your device. If your device is already powered with Cyanogen OS, then there is no need to flash CM13 ROM. CM13 ROM is available for most of the Android devices and it can be easily flashed through TWRP Recovery. Also your device should have root access and the bootloader should be unlocked.
