Xiaomi Poco F1 users will be happy to hear that the company has started rolling out MIUI 10 Global Stable ROM via OTA. It is the first stable MIUI 10 build release since its launch back in August this year. The latest update for Poco F1 brings the version MIUI 10.0.4.0.OEJMIFH and is based on Android 8.1 Oreo. So, it seems users need to wait more for Google’s latest Android 9.0 Pie update. Xiaomi has already confirmed Android P and Android Q updates for Poco F1 smartphone.
The latest MIUI 10.0.4.0.OEJMIFH is about 592MB in size and brings features like Redesigned Notification Panel, Improved multitasking management, natural sound system, Redesigned Volume Sliders, and much more. As the MIUI 10 Global Stable update for Poco F1 is released via OTA, it may take some time to appear on each and every device notification bar. Meanwhile, you can manually check for updates from the path Settings > About phone > System updates > Check for updates.
You can also download the recovery ROM here and flash it using the recovery method. But, do remember to flash the ROM carefully otherwise it may result in a brick.

To recall, Poco F1 is the first smartphone to be launched under Xiaomi’s sub brand ‘Poco’. The smartphone was launched in August this year. The Poco F1 comes with a 6.18-inch display and runs on MIUI 9.6 out-of-the-box based on Android 8.1 Oreo – a special version called MIUI for Poco. It is powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC, features 12MP + 5MP rear cameras, 20MP front camera, and 4000mAh battery with QC 3.0 fast charging support. On the storage front, it has 6GB/8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage which can be further extendable up to 256GB via microSD card.
