Firstly root Redmi 3 using SuperSU and install TWRP recovery on your Redmi 3. Download Redmi 3 4G LTE patch .zip file and save on your computer. Connect the device with PC using a standard USB cable and copy the .zip on your device storage. Disconnect it from PC and boot into TWRP recovery using appropriate hardware keys.
