How to Flash HyperOS Fastboot ROM on Xiaomi 11T (agate)

1. Download and extract the Xiaomi 11T HyperOS Fastboot ROM on your computer. Make sure to check if the ROM file suffix is “.tgz“. If it is “.gz“, please rename it to “.tgz“.
2. Download and extract Xiaomi Mi Flash Tool on your computer.
3. Make sure your Xiaomi 11T’s bootloader is unlocked.
4. Power off and boot Xiaomi 11T into Fastboot Mode by pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together until you see the Fastboot logo.

How to Install HyperOS Recovery ROM on Xiaomi 11T (agate) via Stock Recovery without a PC

We can update the Xiaomi 11T firmware via recovery without using computer. However, the Recovery ROM HyperOS version must be higher than your current installed version, as downgrading firmware is blocked by Xiaomi.

While user data is retained when flashing via stock recovery, it’s recommended to backup your Xiaomi 11T’s data before installing, in case of accidental data loss.

Follow the steps to install HyperOS Recovery ROM on Xiaomi 11T using stock recovery mode:

1. Download the Xiaomi 11T Recovery ROM zip for your region.
2. Rename the zip file to “update.zip” if the name differs.
3. Transfer the update.zip to the root of your phone’s internal storage.
