How to Flash HyperOS OS2.0.3.0.VNAINXM Fastboot ROM on Xiaomi 14 Ultra (India)
- Download and extract the Xiaomi 14 Ultra HyperOS OS2.0.3.0.VNAINXM Fastboot ROM on your computer. Make sure to check if the ROM file suffix is “.tgz“. If it is “.gz“, please rename it to “.tgz“.
- Download and extract MiFlash Tool on your computer.

We can update the Xiaomi 14 Ultra (India) firmware via recovery without using computer. However, the Recovery ROM HyperOS version must be higher than your current installed version, as downgrading firmware is blocked by Xiaomi.
