We have seen many smartphone vendors coming up with all metal build design for their latest high-end devices. HTC is the one which is manufacturing all metal build devices for years, latest iPhones and Meizu also includes all metal and upcoming Flagship smartphone of Elephone also has the same build. Seeing all these how could be Xiaomi fall behind in manufacturing all metal device. Thus the latest rumors reveals that the next gen of Mi Note 2 equips all metal design.
So, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be the first Xiaomi smartphone to feature an all metal design. The device is expected to be launched in the early 2016. The current Mi Note include an alloy chassis and gorgeous 3D glass rear panel.

According to the sources, the next gen Mi Note will feature the same 5.7-inch display but includes a high resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels (2K display). Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 might be powering the smartphone coupled with 4GB of RAM (most probably) and 32GB of onboard memory. A 16-megapixels camera and ultrasonic fingerprint technology could be the other key features of the flagship device.
