Xiaomi announced MIUI 14 and Xiaomi 13 series launch event is postponed despite being set to debut on December 1, 2022. The new date for the launch is not confirmed yet.
This news comes as a big surprise for many Xiaomi fans as they were eagerly waiting for the new MIUI 14 update and Xiaomi 13 series smartphones. But unfortunately, they’ll have to wait a bit longer to get their hands on MIUI 14 and Xiaomi 13 series.
Xiaomi 13 series will comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processer, IP68 certification, angular design and Android 13 based MIUI 14.
Cause of the MIUI 14 and Xiaomi 13 Launch Delay
Xiaomi decided to delay the launch event after the unexpected death of the Jiang Zemin, who previously served as president in China. Former Chinese president Jiang Zemin died in Shanghai on Wednesday at the age of 96.
Xiaomi has only stated about the launch event postponement but haven’t announced the new launch event date.
