Xiaomi MIUI 7 is one of the popular custom UI ROM based on Android and all the Mi smartphones runs on these ROM. The main reason behind the great success of MIUI ROM is that it comes with various customization options. One such option is adding the application manager to your home screen for quick access. You need not to go to phone Settings > Installed apps to access the Application Manager, instead a shortcut can be added on your home screen which gives access to Application Manager in just one click.
Many of the MIUI 7 users might not be aware of this shortcut. So, for those users here is a step by step guide to add Application Manager shortcut to your home screen.
#1: Make sure you’re on the home screen of your Xiaomi MIUI 7 device.
#2: Now you need to pinch 2 finger together on your home screen.
#3: Then tap on Widgets.
#4: Tap Settings.
#5: Just flip left and you will find the option “Installed apps”. Drag the same to your home screen. That’s it! The Installed apps shortcut has been successfully added.
#6: Now, you can use the Installed apps shortcut whenever you want to quickly access the Application Manager.
