After releasing MIUI 8 beta/alpha updates, Xiaomi just last week released the Global/China Stable update for its supportive devices all around the world. The update is rolling out via OTA and according to the reports more than 20 million MIUI users have already installed the update.
Coming to the changelog, Xiaomi has introduced tons of new features in its latest MIUI 8 update including the fingerprint payment, virtual bus cards (China), system-level intelligent menu, Sogou Baidu professional custom, efficient power saving mode, long screenshots, Second Space, dual apps and more. Though the update is not pushed for each and every handset, still we have the figure of more than 20 million users currently enjoying the new MIUI 8 ROM. The list of devices who already received OTA update are Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm, Redmi Note 3 Special Edition, Redmi Note 2, Redmi Note Prime, Redmi 3, Redmi 3S/Prime, Mi 2/2S, Mi 3, Mi 4, Mi 5, Mi Max, Mi Note, and Redmi 1S.
