How to update: There are two different ways through which users can update their Redmi 2 Prime to the latest version, either using the Updater app (OTA update) or else through manual flashing.
Method 1: OTA update
It is the simple method to update your device to the latest version. Just launch the Updater app, ensure the device has internet connectivity and then tap on “Check for updates”. It works with devices currently running on MIUI Stable ROM.
