Earlier, Xiaomi temporary shutdown MIUI ROM downloads page due to internal system update. Today, the MIUI fans will be happy to hear that the MIUI ROM Downloads page is live again. For those, who are unaware of the MIUI ROM Downloads page, it is a database of MIUI ROM files where Xiaomi phone users can download ROM based on their device model and flash it manually via Updater app (Recovery ROM) / Mi Flash tool (Fastboot ROM).
Currently, the MIUI ROM downloads page contains links of only a few Xiaomi models. But, it is quite understandable as it is a new page which went live just hours ago. We can expect ROM links for other devices going online successively in the near future.
The list of Xiaomi phones which are back on the MIUI ROM Downloads page is Xiaomi Mi Mix, Mi Mix 2, Mi Mix 2S, Redmi Note 5, Redmi Note 5 Pro, Redmi S2, Mi 6, Mi 5, and Mi Note 2. Additionally, all these devices are getting the latest MIUI 10 beta update v8.7.5 via OTA which brings several new features including LDAF support, improves UI, camera, Mi AI, face unlock speed and more.
