How to Flash MIUI V12.0.1.0.QEDRUXM Fastboot ROM on Mi Max 3 (Russia)

Download and extract the Mi Max 3 MIUI V12.0.1.0.QEDRUXM Fastboot ROM on your computer. Make sure to check if the ROM file suffix is “.tgz“. If it is “.gz“, please rename it to “.tgz“.

Download and extract MiFlash Tool on your computer.
