How to Install MIUI V8.5.1.0.KXCCNED Recovery ROM on MI 3 TD (pisces) via Stock Recovery
We can update the MI 3 TD (China) firmware via recovery without using computer. However, the Recovery ROM MIUI version must be higher than your current installed version, as downgrading firmware is blocked by Xiaomi.
While user data is retained when flashing via stock recovery, it’s recommended to backup your MI 3 TD (China) data before installing, in case of accidental data loss.
