How to Flash MIUI V9.1.2.0.NDKMIEI Fastboot ROM on Redmi Note 5A Prime (Global)
- Download and extract the Redmi Note 5A Prime MIUI V9.1.2.0.NDKMIEI Fastboot ROM on your computer. Make sure to check if the ROM file suffix is “.tgz“. If it is “.gz“, please rename it to “.tgz“.
- Download and extract Xiaomi Flash Tool on your computer.

We can update the Redmi Note 5A Prime (Global) firmware via recovery without using computer. However, the Recovery ROM MIUI version must be higher than your current installed version, as downgrading firmware is blocked by Xiaomi.
