How to Flash MIUI V12.0.1.0.QJBCNXM Fastboot ROM on Mi 10 (China)

Download and extract the Mi 10 MIUI V12.0.1.0.QJBCNXM Fastboot ROM on your computer. Make sure to check if the ROM file suffix is “.tgz“. If it is “.gz“, please rename it to “.tgz“.

Download and extract Xiaomi ROM Flash Tool on your computer.
Make sure your Mi 10’s bootloader is unlocked.
Power off and boot Mi 10 (China) into Fastboot Mode by pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together until you see the Fastboot logo.
Connect your device to computer using USB Cable.

How to Install MIUI V12.0.1.0.QJBCNXM Recovery ROM on Mi 10 (umi) via Stock Recovery

We can update the Mi 10 (China) firmware via recovery without using computer. However, the Recovery ROM MIUI version must be higher than your current installed version, as downgrading firmware is blocked by Xiaomi.

While user data is retained when flashing via stock recovery, it’s recommended to backup your Mi 10 (China) data before installing, in case of accidental data loss.
