How to Flash MIUI V11.3.1.0.PFECNXM Fastboot ROM on Mi CC 9 Meitu Edition (China)
- Download and extract the Mi CC 9 Meitu Edition MIUI V11.3.1.0.PFECNXM Fastboot ROM on your computer. Make sure to check if the ROM file suffix is “.tgz“. If it is “.gz“, please rename it to “.tgz“.
- Download and extract Xiaomi Flash Tool on your computer.
