How to Flash MIUI V9.0.4.0.NEGCNEI Fastboot ROM on Redmi 5 Plus/Note 5 (China)
- Download and extract the Redmi 5 Plus/Note 5 MIUI V9.0.4.0.NEGCNEI Fastboot ROM on your computer. Make sure to check if the ROM file suffix is “.tgz“. If it is “.gz“, please rename it to “.tgz“.
- Download and extract MIUI ROM Flashing Tool on your computer.
