How to Flash MIUI V10.3.1.0.OEIRUXM Fastboot ROM on Redmi Note 5/Note 5 Pro (Russia)
- Download and extract the Redmi Note 5/Note 5 Pro MIUI V10.3.1.0.OEIRUXM Fastboot ROM on your computer. Make sure to check if the ROM file suffix is “.tgz“. If it is “.gz“, please rename it to “.tgz“.
