Xiaomi last week announced two new budget smartphone in the Redmi series dubbed as Redmi 3X and Redmi 3S. Both the devices includes similar specifications, the only difference is that the Redmi 3S is the unlocked variant for the International market while the Redmi 3X will be exclusively sold by Chinese telecom operator Unicom.

Display and Processor: The Redmi Note 3 sports a 5.5-inch FHD display while the Redmi 3S/3X comes with a little smaller 5-inch display. The Redmi Note 3 is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor and has 4000mAh battery, while the Redmi 3X/3S features Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 CPU and has 4100mAh battery. All the three devices includes fingerprint scanner, 4G LTE, dual SIM support and runs on Android Lollipop with MIUI 7 on top.
Storage and Camera: All the three devices has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage with microSD card slot for memory extension. On the cameras front, the Redmi Note 3 has 16MP rear camera while the Redmi 3S/3X sports a 13MP rear camera. There is a similar 5MP front facing camera on all the three devices.
