Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is one of the most successful handset of the company in the mid-range segment. The device already crossed more than 2.3 million (23 lakhs) units in terms of sales number. The key reason behind the success of the device in the Indian market is the high-end specs at an affordable price tag.
Like all the various entry level devices, the Redmi Note 3 also comes with hybrid dual SIM support. It means you can either use 2 SIMs or one SIM and another microSD at the same time. In this way, users are forced to choose any one option. Companies mainly adopted hybrid SIM tray in order to make smartphones more compact as it is highly impossible to make slim devices featuring 2 SIM slots and a microSD slot.
However a new video has been surfaced online which shows how smartphone users with hybrid SIM slot can use two SIMs along with a microSD. The process is quite difficult and risky too as it may damage your SIM or microSD card, but it actually works.
