Vivo on Monday launched its latest selfie focussed smartphone dubbed as “Vivo V7” at an event in Gurugram, India. It is a smaller variant of Vivo V7+ that was announced back in September this year in India for Rs. 21,990. The smartphone has similar kind of specifications, only major difference is the battery, storage, and display size. Vivo V7 comes in Matte Black and Champagne Gold colors, and is priced at Rs. 18,990. With such a competitive price tag, the Vivo V7 is currently one of the best Selfie Phone under Rs. 20000 in India.

The dual-SIM (Nano-SIM) Vivo V7 features a 5.7-inch HD+ (720 x 1440 pixels) FullView IPS display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It also includes Corning Gorilla glass 4 protection and 2.5D curved glass display. It is powered by 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 450 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 506 GPU. It is the same chipset we find in Vivo V7+.
On the photography front, there is a 16MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, OmniVision OV16880 sensor, & PDAF. On the front, there is a 24-megapixels shooter which is considered as the major highlights of the device. It features a soft “”Moonlight Glow” selfie light, Face unlock, Face Beauty 7.0, and an f/2.0 aperture for best selfie pictures.
The Vivo V7 runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) based on FuntouchOS 3.2. It has 4GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard memory with a microSD slot for memory expansion up to 256GB. There is a fingerprint sensor on the back and packs a 3000mAh battery. The smartphone measures 149.3 x 72.8 x 7.9mm and weighs 139g. The connectivity options includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS.
