It’s just 24 hours Xiaomi announced its latest Android smartphones, the Mi 5S and Mi 5S Plus. Both the devices will go on sale from September 29 on various stores like Jingdong, (JD.com), Xiaomi’s official website and Mi home. Like its previous devices, these smartphones will also be available only through flash sales for which registrations already started.
There is official news that the Mi 5S and Mi 5S Plus have exceeded more than 3 million reservations on a single day after its launch and it’s still counting. This was made official by a Xiaomi official itself, with the company officials still expecting a huge addition to this figure.
To let you know, these reservation figure will not be converted into actual sales as the company didn’t revealed the exact amount of devices will be available to grab on its first flash sale. With Xiaomi giving a solid design and powerful hardware at an affordable price tag, people will surely have more interest on both the flagships. The flash sale is scheduled at 0.00 hours on September 29.
Collecting back, the Xiaomi Mi 5S is priced at 1999 Yuan ($300) for the 3GB RAM + 64GB storage version while the 4GB RAM + 128GB version costs 2299 Yuan. On the other hand, the Mi 5S Plus costs 2299 Yuan for 4GB + 64GB ROM variant and 2599 Yuan for 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant.
