As promised, Xiaomi India has started sending press invites for its first Mi Home store launch in Bengaluru on May 11. Mi Home store will be an exclusive Xiaomi store where you can get wide range of products including portable speakers, power banks, headphones, Mi Band, Mi Air purifiers, and much more. It is still unclear whether stores will sell Mi & Redmi smartphones immediately. The store will be company’s first of a kind effort in the country and is a milestone for Xiaomi’s great success in the Indian market.
As said, the event is scheduled to held in Bengaluru on May 11 where Xiaomi India Vice President and Managing Director, Manu Jain will be inaugurating the store. Before India, Xiaomi already expanded its offline business by opening Mi Home Store across various other countries including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
The Chinese company is always striving hard to gain more market share since it entered in 2014. The report of Strategy Analytics reveals that the Xiaomi is the most preferred smartphone brand for Indian Android users looking to upgrade their devices in 2017. The big reason behind the success of the company in the Indian market is quality handsets at an affordable price segment.
