Xiaomi has officially confirmed that it will announce the successor to last year’s flagship Mi Note at a special event in China on October 25. It will be dubbed as Mi Note 2 and features a dual curved display just similar to Samsung Galaxy Edge series devices. As it is a company flagship smartphone, it packs with high-end specs like Snapdragon 821 Soc and 6GB RAM for better multi-tasking feature.
There is not much details available regarding the Mi Note 2, but the rumours claims that it will features a 5.7-inch dual curved display with force touch, 1080p (Full HD) resolution display for the base variant or a Quad HD screen for the pro variant. The also suggests a 4GB/6GB RAM, 32GB/64GB/128GB internal storage, 12MP dual rear cameras, fingerprint sensor on the physical home button and a 4000mAh battery support.
More details will only surface when the flagship device goes official next Tuesday. The event takes place at Peking University Gymnasium with Hong Kong actor Tony Leung as the spokesperson.
