It’s more than a year since Xiaomi doesn’t upgraded its tablet lineup and we have several rumors in the past that the company will soon launch the successor of Mi Pad 2. Today, the Chinese smartphone giant makes the rumors real with the launch of Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 in China. It is priced at 1499 Yuan (US $217 / Rs. 14120 approx.) and will go on sale in China tomorrow during Mi Fan Festival 2017. However, there is currently no word on whether Xiaomi plans to launch the tablet in India.
The Mi Pad 3 comes in Champagne Gold color option and there is hardly any difference in terms of design between the new tablet and last year’s Mi Pad 2. But still the overall design is familiar to Apple’s iPads, a metal unibody, and a textured rear panel which provides a better grip in the hands.
