Xiaomi at an event in China announced its sub brand called as Mi Ecosystem which is short referred as MIJIA, which denotes Xiaomi Smart Home. Under this new sub brand, Xiaomi launched three new products – Mi Router 3, Mi Water Purifier 2 and Bluetooth speaker. Not only these, Xiaomi also announced Redmi 3 Pro budget Android smartphone with 3GB RAM, fingerprint scanner, 32GB storage, and 4000mAh battery.
Xiaomi Mi Router 3
We have already shared best Mi WiFi router for home and office appliances & the new Mi Router 3 successfully makes into the list. This time, the Mi Router 3 includes 4 powerful antenna for powerful signal strength and supports 802.11ac Wi-Fi connectivity which is in turn three times faster. It has 128MB of inbuilt memory and the four external omni-directional antenna boost the performance.
Xiaomi Mi Water Purifier 2
Another product launcher under Xiaomi new sub brand is Mi Water Purifier 2. It has four layers purification filtration system and RO reverse osmosis technology that removes heavy metals, scale, tap water rust, unpleasant odors and antibiotics. It measures 260x205x410mm, weighs 11.8 kg and can purify 76 barrels of bottled water every day with water flow rate of 1 litre per minute. It has built-in WiFi support which can be easily connected to any Android or iOS devices through application and informs you about the water quality.
Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker
Measuring just 60.0mm x 60.0mm x 93.3mm, the Mi Bluetooth Speaker comes with Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity and can be easily connected to any smartphone. It is powered with 1200mAh battery which delivers 7 hours of continuous playback and has small LED indicator at the front.
Price and Availability:
The Xiaomi Mi Router 3 is priced at 149 yuan ($23 or Rs. 1524 approx.), the Mi Water Purifier 2 is priced at 1999 Yuan ($308 or Rs. 20,430 approx.) and finally the Bluetooth speaker carries a price tag of 129 yuan ($20 or Rs. 1320 approx.). No details when these products goes on sale in China.
