Among the various products announced by Xiaomi at ongoing CES 2017 event, the Mi Router HD is one among in the list. The company will start shipping the Mi Router HD sometime in Q1 in China starting for $200.
The latest top-end router from Xiaomi features automatic backups from all your devices, and even Time Machine support. It is a 2600Mbps 802.11ac Wi-Fi router with 4×4 MU-MIMO functionality, four high-gain PCB array antennae, and Qualcomm IPQ8064 network processor.
In addition, there is a choice of either 1TB or 8TB of surveillance hard drive which will be useful for storing back-ups of your device. It automatically syncs with your dropbox cloud, backs up photo gallery, digital camera backup, laptop backup and also integrates with your Sonos audio system. It also has Multi-screen sharing and remote accessibility support.
To remind you, Xiaomi also announced the Mi TV 4 and the white version of Mi Mix bezel-less smartphone at the CES 2017. All these items will be available to purchase in China later this year. No details on global availability.
