Xiaomi today announced its first power bank with a USB Typc-C port in China. It has a 10,000mAh cell which can be charged to 100% in just 3.5 hours due to its fast charging technology (5V/2A 9V/2A 12V/1.5A) using 18W charger.
Like the 20,000mAh power bank, this is also compact in size measuring just 12.58mm and weighs 223 grams. In fact, the Mi 20,000mAh was slimmer and lighter than the 16,000mAh which was announced earlier to it. So, seeing this we can say that Xiaomi is clearing moving to manufacture slimmer and lighter power banks.
The new 10,000mAh Mi power bank Pro is made up of Aluminium alloy body, and has power button, LED lights for battery level indication, USB-TypeC and a standard USB slot for output at the bottom.
According to company, the gadget can charge the Mi Note smartphone 2.5 times, the Apple iPhone 6 four times and an iPad Mini 1.5 times.
Price and Availability:
The new 10,000mAh Mi Power Bank Pro has a price tag of 149 Yuan (US$ 22 / Rs. 1530 approx.) and will be available only in China for the time being. No details revealed by company on launching it to the other global markets.
To remind you, Xiaomi will soon launch the 20,000mAh power Bank in India. Recently it has announced Redmi Note 3 Android smartphone and Mi Bluetooth speakers in India.
