Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 India launch set for Today, Watch Live Stream now

Xiaomi is all set to launch the successor of Redmi Note 3 at a special event in India. Dubbed as Redmi Note 4, it includes all those value for money specifications and also it will be the first smartphone from Xiaomi in India in 2017. The device was first launched in China back in August last year starting for RMB 899 (Rs. 9,000 approx.). Now as expected, the smartphone will be made official for the Indian market through a special event which can be live-streamed at 11:30AM IST on c.mi.com/in or refer the below video. Apart from the website portal, users can also refer Xiaomi official Facebook page and Twitter for more updates.

The highlights of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is its metal build and MediaTek deca-core SoC, however we can see company launching Qualcomm Snapdragon variant for the Indian market. Similar to today’s gen handsets, it also features fingerprint on the rear panel.

Coming to the design, the Redmi Note 4 has minor changes compared to that of Redmi Note 3. It features 2.5D curved glass display and chamfered edges. It might be available in Gold, Grey, and Silver colours version. Also download Redmi Note 4 Stock Wallpapers – Full HD

The dual-SIM Redmi Note features a 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) display and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with MIUI 8 on top. Under the hood, along with the possible inclusion of Snapdragon SoC, it will come with 2GB of RAM + 16GB onboard storage or 3GB of RAM + 64GB of onboard storage. The storage can be further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. There are also rumors that the company might also unveil a 4GB RAM variant too.

On the photography front, it sports a 13-megappixels rear camera with PDAF (phase detection autofocus), an f/2.0 aperture, and dual-tone LED flash. There is a 5-megapixels front camera for talking beautiful selfies and other video calling purposes. Connectivity options include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro-USB, Infrared, and Glonass. The smartphone is powered by a 4100mAh battery, measures 151x76x8.35mm, and weighs 175 grams.
