Xiaomi announced the Redmi Note 3 with MTK’s Helio X10 Octa-Core SoC last year is already a big hit for the company. Not only these, another Redmi Note 3 variant with Snapdragon 650 chipset was also unveiled earlier this year and the company already sold more than 600,000 units in India. With limited stock, there are still many people in India who were unable to grab the device and always trying their luck in the weekly flash sales. These people need not to worry as the next generation Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will be announced soon. Exactly there is no release date announced by the company, we’ll update once anything goes official.
The Redmi Note 4 might sports the similar 5.5-inch Full HD display and metal body compared to its predecessor, the Redmi Note 3. It will run on Helio X20/MT6797M deca-core processor and comes in different variants that of Mi Max phablet. The Redmi Note 4 may include 13MP rear camera and another variant with dual 13MP rear camera may also be announced.
If the price tag of the Redmi Note 4 is affordable, then it would be the best Android smartphone with dual cameras at the mid-range segment. More details about the smartphone might surface in the coming weeks.
